Information Collection and Processing of Pedagogical Metrics

To optimize educational outcomes through AI-driven pedagogy, ProLearn Digital collects information that allows us to refine our cognitive models. This includes technical interaction logs, platform performance metrics, and specific pedagogical metadata provided by institutional partners.

Technical Engagement Data

We analyze patterns in software usage to identify cognitive load bottlenecks. This data is anonymized at the point of ingestion and utilized solely for framework improvement.

Institutional Consultation Data

Personal information provided during inquiries—such as names, institutional emails, and professional roles—is stored securely in accordance with Canadian PIPEDA regulations.

Cognitive Result Sets

As part of our research hub, processed result sets are used to validate the efficacy of our Spaced Repetition Engines. These sets never contain personally identifiable information (PII) of actual students.

Ethical Blueprint

The Right to Cognitive Autonomy.

ProLearn Digital operates under the principle that data usage should augment, not automate, the teacher-student relationship. You maintain the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of any personal data we process.

Our AI-driven pedagogical solutions are designed with "Privacy by Design" as a core architectural layer. We do not sell data to third-party advertisers or use behavioral patterns for non-educational marketing purposes.

RIGOR

Clarifications.

Detailed responses to standard compliance inquiries regarding our cognitive computing frameworks and software management.

GDPR & PIPEDA Compliance

Our frameworks are audited against the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our international partners and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for our Canadian operations. We maintain a rigorous internal Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for every AI implementation we consult on.
