1. Binding Agreement
By accessing the ProLearn Digital website and engaging with our research hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProLearn Digital regarding your use of our pedagogical consulting resources and AI-driven pedagogical documentation.
Protocol requirements
If you do not agree naturally with these architectural boundaries, you must cease all interaction with ProLearn Digital systems immediately.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials including but not limited to cognitive architecture audits, research whitepapers, proprietary software frameworks, and Spaced Repetition Engine logic are the exclusive intellectual property of ProLearn Digital.
- License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view documentation for institutional assessment purposes.
- Restrictions: Reproduction of our pedagogical agent implementation frameworks without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Consulting Boundaries
ProLearn Digital provides high-level architectural guidance and cognitive computing strategy. Our services are advisory and do not constitute a guarantee of specific academic performance increases within your institution.

Exclusions
Direct student management or full third-party software redevelopment projects.
4. Limitation of Liability
In accordance with Canadian law, ProLearn Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of our pedagogical research in environments outside of our direct consultation oversight.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consulting phase in dispute.
